The wallet address you provide to Fractal must correspond to a Solana-native non-custodial wallet. We recommend users with access to a desktop computer rely on the wallet. If you are a mobile-only user, we recommend Coin98.

Please note that a wallet address associated with a custodial wallet on Binance, FTX, Kucoin, or any other Centralized Exchange (CEX) will not work with our platform under any circumstances.

The wallet address on file with Fractal at the KYC deadline for each IDO, when the whitelist is generated, is the only address you will be able to use to burn Hydrazine ($N2H4). If you need to update your wallet address on Fractal, do so before this deadline.

Given the immutable nature of the blockchain, we are unable to help users with lost or compromised wallets gain access to assets staked in the Fusion Vault, or claimable elsewhere on the app.
